An autumn couples session at Lennox gardens

A late Autumn couples session to celebrate R & Bs 60th Wedding Anniversary. Beautiful couples photography with the Canberra autumn leaves.

I had the joy of doing this session for Roslyn and Brian back in April. They were gifted this session for Christmas, to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. A great Christmas gift, and way to celebrate. They hadn't had photos done together since their kids were young, but I think they had a great time.
We took out time wandering Lennox gardens, enjoying the autumn colours by the lake.
We talked about travel, and what its like to be married for 60 years. Spoiler - no different to being married for 10 years. You just have less to talk about as the years pass you by, but in the best way possible.

I love sessions like this, where we are just celebrating life, and having fun. Theres no pressure, no rush, and the photos really show that.

This session was one of the first I did where I worked around walking aids and mobility equipment. And it was really interesting figuring out what we could do, what the limitations were and how to still capture the spirit of the couple, while having limitations.
I hope you enjoy this little preview of this session!

If you are wanting to gift a session to someone you love, send me an email. I love doing gift vouchers, and think they are such a fun gift for friends, or family. Ill be accepting gift vouchers in Canberra till June 2027, and then well be off to Perth!

Until next time lovers x
