I have ever since I started photography - back when I shot weddings with minimal gear, and even less experience.
These days my gear bag is full, maybe more than it needs to be. And I've been so lucky to be a part of just about every type of wedding day - from courthouse ceremonies, to waterfront receptions. And I love them just as much as when I started.
I will still be the one crying during your vows, offering to pick up your train, and encouraging your guests to get on the dancefloor at the end of the night.
But as beautiful as weddings are, I also understand that wedding planning can be stressful. And what your after are vendors who will keep the stress low, and leave you to enjoy your day.
So that's what I'm here to do!

Shooting style -
I use a hybrid approach to capturing your day. There are moments where I will be a fly on the wall, using a more documentary style to capture things as they happen. But when needed Ill jump in to make sure you are in the best possible light, are facing the camera, and looking amazing. If I'm posing you, then know that ill give you guidance to feel comfortable and look your best - because who really feels comfortable in front of a camera?
Organized, but flexible -
Family photo list? In my pocket. Timeline? On my phone.
I turn up to your day with all the information I need, so I can capture it without asking you a million and one questions. Ill try to keep us on time, and where we need to be.
But I also understand that its your day, and I want you to enjoy it. If you decide you don't want to leave for photos, that's totally fine. Again - your day!
Fun loving - down to earth -
I will tell bad jokes (that's what she said) and pull some bad dance moves. Ill hand my camera to your drunk cousin so they can take a photo of me - because they REALLY want to. I get to know your families, and enjoy the day as much as you do. Ill do my job, don't you worry. But I'm not a robot, and wont pretend to be.
All about you -
I make my plan for the day around you, and what you care about. Ill take the shots you want, in the places that have meaning to you. I say again this is YOUR day, and I'm just along for the ride.

I have a handful of packages that fit 95% of days.
My packages fall into two categories - 'traditional' full day coverage, and micro-wedding packages.
I believe every size of celebration deserves coverage, so if you need 2 or 10 hours I should have you covered.
Micro wedding packages start at $1,500
Full day packages start at $2,600

This isn't me saying I'm not a good photographer, because I know I am. But I also know I'm not the 'best' wedding photographer in Canberra. I'm not the most expensive, or cheapest. I don't have the most awards, and I haven't been featured in Vogue.
But I am the most Ok.
I take really good photos for my couples, that tell the story of their day in a way that feels true to them. I give them great support in the lead up to their big day, and help make everything as stress free as possible. And I help you feel as non-awkward as possible.
